The Battle Tower

Ed stood there as the medical team come rushing out and grabbing them both. Ed sat there in the area with both Zori and Tomokigi. She had a few bandages and bruises but the other two were much worst.

After a while Tomo woke up "Ow...." He tries to sit up wincing.

"Morning Tomokigi." Ed waves at him with her good arm. "How you feeling?"

Tomo sighs "Like I was crushed by a boulder" He looks at Ed "I didn't do any better the Zori huh?"

Ed chuckled. "Honestly, no where close, but you did try to keep it interesting." Ed groaned hold her side. "You did bruise a few ribs though."

Tomo Smiles "Can you train me when I'm better?" He looks at the fire pokemon hoping she'll train him. He holds his ribs wincing "ow ow ow!"

Ed laughed. "Sure..Shhhhhhiiiiiiiiiii.....I shouldn't laugh...." She smiled painfully.

Tomo Smile Then lies back down. he closes his eyes knowing he has ti rest.

Ed trying not to laugh, smiles as the Audino comes and lies her down to sleep.

Ed was waiting for Tomokigi in one of the practice arenas. She stretched, her skin not showing any marks from the two battles that had happen a month ago.

Tomo runs in because he is late. "Sorry I'm late!" he pants a bit. he smiles as he holds two towels. he tosses one to Ed. "We gonna start?"

She laughs and catches the towel. "Well you know what to do when your late." She laughed. "Now drop and give me fifty."

Tomo drops to the ground and starts to do push-ups. "Ok....this...isn't that bad" He continues doing the push-ups until he is tired. Witch is only about 30 or so. "Ow....my arms"

Ed puts her foot on his back when he starts to slow down. "Gritted your teeth through the pain. No one will go easy on you in battle!"

Tomo struggles with the push-ups. "I....can't lose.....not.....now" He slowly continues until he gets to 50 then falls to the ground. "I....want to......continue training."

Ed smirked and rolled him on his back. "Then Breath little Eevee don't needing you to be knocked out before training is over." She laughes. "Deep breathes.

Tomo pants while on his back "I will breath" He sits up then stands "What else?" he is ready to continue his training.

"Well now give me fifty sit ups." She squats down by him and taps his stomach. "Need to get you're core in shape." She laughed

Tomo nods "alright" He sits back down then bends his knees "Can you hold my feet down?" he looks up at Ed. "I don't know how to do sit ups without my feet popping up."

Ed chuckled and fully sat on his feet and leaned against his knees, "Now 1! 2! 3!" She counted everytime she saw his face even with her's but she didn't if he wasn't

Tomo does the sit ups "When...do we........start...fight training?" He starts to slow a bit but continues to try to keep the pace. "I hope we....start soon."

Ed laughed. "This is training, kid. You have to maintain the basics to keep yourself in peak form."

Tomo looks surprized "This is training!?" He says as he sits up. "I thought we would be doing tech training."
