He sits on the bench watching the passers by with a mild amusement, watching, waiting for the perfect target of his...attentions. The Jigglypuff smirks, just waiting for someone to pass him by as he idly digs a one of his nails into his own palm, watching as the skin breaks and a bit of blood pools at his nail. He licks it off, looking up at those who approach with his good eye, his academy school boy attire a stark contrast to his extreme personality.
